The Golden Network was created in 2014 by Victoria Salem who herself experienced confidence issues when doing presentations in front of other people and when attending networking events. She created this company with the aim to help individuals communicate better and network with ease.
Passionate about building relationships, Victoria ran thousands of events in London offering attendees opportunities to learn something while connecting with like-minded professionals. Those allowed her to discover the secrets of successful networkers and communicators.
Victoria sensed the growing interest from her events' attendees to develop their soft skills and become more confident networkers. She therefore put together a team of experienced coaches and designed training programs available under different formats.

We use a practical approach to training covering a variety of relevant tools and techniques. Our training formats include workshops (up to 20 guests), masterclasses (up to 70 guests), presentations (70+ guests), one-on-one coaching and an online course (available via the platform teachable).

Our coaching includes presentations from industry experts, a range of individual and small group exercises, facilitated group discussions, group practice sessions followed by a personal action plan - all making sure the participants quickly and efficiently activate their new tools.
